We are looking for Sr. SMEs who can develop TB Training Content.

• Knowledge & experience of wide range of technical and programmatic areas/issues in the TB & DR TB
• Prior experience with international organizations on donor-funded projects
• Minimum 10 years of relevant technical experience with a master’s degree or a minimum of 7 years of relevant technical experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Has proven experience of advocacy, capacity building training implementation management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in senior-level health communications strategies, preferably in international settings or public health and infectious diseases.
• Excellent communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively across technical disciplines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), Data management software.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with key communication tools and networks.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in teams.

MBBS/MD/MPH/PhD

• TB Treatment expert to expand the Knowledge Map
• Develop technical content
• To provide support in developing of e-learning courses content creation and in rolling out and implementation of these courses with supporting National Institutes (CTD, NTI, NITRD, NIRT) for implementation and roll-out of e-courses.
• MBBS/MD/MPH/PhD- anybody with experience in a TB control program Any of these qualifications will do, but should have TB program experience
