Description:
Empower School of Health, Gurgaon, India is looking for candidate for a ‘Senior Consultant-Public Health’ for a donor funded TB related project.
Experience:
8-10 years of progressive public health related work-experience with 2-3 years in the field of Tuberculosis (TB).
Qualification :
MBBS with MD community medicine/Master of Health Administration/master’s in health management/ master’s in public health
Key Attributes:- Sound Knowledge of India’s Health System and National TB Elimination Program(NTEP)
- Good at Planning and keeping track of different project components
- Excellent communication (Verbal and Written)
- Data management with command on MS office and google drive
- Coordination with different stakeholders
- Creative and innovative
- Ability to move forward in rapidly changing environment
Eligibility :
The Project involves transformation of TB program related national guidelines into digital learning content and involves coordination between different teams within and outside the organization.
Under the overall guidance of Director, understand client requirement for the elearning content creation and support implementation of e-learning as method of training
- Keep oneself updated with latest developments in the field of tuberculosis, specially
- in Indian content and utilize the latest policy decisions/protocols/guidelines into elearning content
- Develop and ensure quality assurance of strategic documents like Annual work Plan, Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Progress Report, and different SOPs
- Utilize existing trackers for closely monitoring each deliverable, their timelines, and financials
- As a public health expert, support, and guide teams in all stages of project life cycle
- Search and suggest potential opportunities in the field of public health for the organization and support the organization in business expansion and building new linkages
- Support different team members in performing their allotted task and guide them for bringing efficiency and well as easier workflows while keeping quality at the center.
