The objective of the project is to strengthen and scale the capacity of training institutional structures in the National TB Elimination Program (NTEP) and other stakeholders working towards TB elimination by leveraging digital and blended learnings.
The Project Manager will oversee Project management and coordinating all activities and deliverables under the scope of work, including advocacy & communication, implementation, and coordination with all stakeholders. To specialized systems, support to target government structures and networks that support TB services.
Knowledge & experience of the wide range of technical and programmatic areas/issues in the TB & DR TB
Prior experience with international organizations on donor-funded projects

Demonstrated experience in implementation/ support to TB control efforts in India
Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills to interact with people at all levels in a multicultural and
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), Data management software,
Excellent drafting and presentation skills including the ability to draft clear and concise reports
Willingness to travel within the country as per project needs.
Ability to plan, set priorities, handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Masters’ Degree in Public Health or Doctor of Medicine from an accredited college or university.
Has proven experience in advocacy, capacity building training implementation management skills.
Has proven experience in project management, coordination, and training delivery.
At least 12-15 years’ experience in each of the following areas:
Designing and implementing TB prevention and control program in India.
Providing TB technical leadership
Managing similar health projects
Interacting with donors, implementing partners and host country government.
Excellent communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to work collaboratively across technical disciplines.
Willingness to travel frequently within India required.
