Ms. Tikyani is a certified National NABH Assessor by QCI and has been awarded by the Department of H&FW, Government of Gujarat for her valuable contribution at various levels in delivering the quality of health services through better hospital management to the community.

Dr. Ray Yip
He is Special Advisor to Gates Foundation; Former Director - China Program, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. His work involves assisting the government as well as civil society by addressing key global health issues while supporting the planning and development of major foundation projects. He also oversees a team that provides technical and management assistance to grantees.
He has worked in the corporate sector for 25 years. He worked for ITC Limited for 17 years, leaving in 1995 as Managing Director of one of the ITC group companies, based in Singapore. Thereafter he spent 8 years in the aerospace industry, four years each for Lockheed Martin and Hughes, running their satellite systems. He has collaborated with the Boswell Group which advises CEOs, corporate directors and other senior leaders on people and culture issues at the top of organizations.

He is health management professional with additional training in Global Public Health and Human Resources for Health by Royal Tropical Institute, Netherlands. He is trained in M&E by MEASURE Evaluation, CPC at UNC. He has been involved in various national and international workshops in M&E and has designing and implementation experience of monitoring and evaluation systems, assessments, evaluations, health facility surveys and M&E plans for large scale projects. He has experience of developing and conducting online learning programs around M&E and was India coordinator for GEMNet-Health. His core area of work includes health systems strengthening, human resources for health, capacity building, and project management.

He has a more than eight years of relevant working experience in public health domain, He specializes in designing, development and implementation of health information solutions, applications for monitoring and evaluation of various programs, and designing tools for assessment and analysis. He is experienced in different health information softwares namely District Health Information Systems (DHIS2), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Logistics Management Information System (LMIS), Hospital System, Q-GIS, Open Data Kit (ODK) & CommCare tool. At Empower, he provides technical support on rollout and scaling up of the digital health solutions implemented by Empower.
She has more than 7 years of professional experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. She helps in conducting professional research and analysis for challenges related to Supply Chain Management. She has a vast knowledge on Supply Chain Management and thereby helps in content verification, acts as an SME in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and provides content support. She holds a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
