• To determine the demand for products and services offered by Empower
• Identify the competitors and help increase the potential customers.
• To develop pricing strategies with the goal of achieving targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• To identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of objectives, market characteristics, and cost factors.
• To formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote the courses offered by Empower as well as Empower as a brand
• Preparing and executing plans for social media marketing
• To consult with vendors on specifications of marketing material such as design, colour, and packaging.
• To compile lists describing courses/training programs/workshops (both online and offline) and develop an annual training calendar.
• To initiate market research studies and analyse their findings.
• May perform all or some of the responsibilities above and other related duties as assigned
